This second exhibition dealt as well with the life, image and spirit of the dancer and the choreographer, Vaslav Nijinsky. This time the works focused on the movement of his body. The themes of the exhibition were expressed through a colorful palette and various materials on large-scale wooden bases. The exhibition was presented in November 1998 at the “Jerusalem Theater”. In 2009 I exhibited “The Revolution that Danced,” an homage to Nijinsky’s and Sergei Diaghilev’s Ballets Russes on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of their first performance in Paris. It presented at the Tel Aviv Performing Arts Center and showed some works from this series.
